The Galapagos Islands off the coast of Ecuador is a special place. These islands in the Pacific Ocean are known for the large number of unique species that inhabit the islands. Charles Darwin studied the islands and their flora and fauna. The physical geography is as breathtaking and unique as the creatures living there. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit and photograph this amazing environment. One of the most fascinating things about the animals on the islands is that they have no fear of humans - they have no reason to be afraid. Therefore, you can walk right beside them. In fact, you have to be careful not to step on them because they do not get out of your way. I hope you enjoy seeing the images.
